Peak Sports Nutrition MEAL PLANS are individually customized diets. Each plan is specifically based on the individual clients goals, body type, schedule, and exercise regimen. The package consists of a comprehensive initial evaluation and assessment which includes measuring of your basic metabolic rate, resting metabolic rate, sedentary activity needs, thermic effect of foods, body composition, food preference, daily schedule and excercise plan. All of these are used to calculate the perfect combination of nutrients for you and your health goals.
